Commuting to East Harlem

The City has an article looking at OnPoint that voices exactly what Harlem residents have felt over the past couple of years — that our streets have been allowed to become a drug superstore for commuters:

“A 30-year-old man from Long Island, who asked to be identified only by his first name, Patrick, said drugs had drawn him to Harlem. ‘This is where it’s at, this is where there is everything,’ said Patrick.”
